Matt Holt Said to Near $12 Billion Deal for Ensemble Health

Private-equity executive Matt Holt’s investment firm Thoreau Group is in advanced talks to acquire Ensemble Health Partners in a deal valuing the company at about $12 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.
