TPG Eyes Sale to Japan Hotel REIT for $860 Million

Investment fund TPG Asia Real Estate plans to sell a Tokyo hotel property to Japan Hotel REIT Investment Co. as a tourism boom unfolds and boosts valuations, people familiar with the matter said.
