Broker Alpaca Raises $435 Million, Explores Prime Broking Entry

Brokerage and financial infrastructure startup Alpaca has raised $135 million in equity and $300 million in debt, as it looks to expand a business that helps investors trade across financial markets using artificial intelligence agents.
