Sembcorp Said to Plan Filing for $500 Million IPO of India Unit

Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries Ltd. is preparing to file for an initial public offering of its Indian unit, Sembcorp Green Infra Ltd., that could raise as much as $500 million, according to people familiar with the matter.
