NYSE Parent ICE Raises $3.75 Billion for MarketAxess Takeover

Intercontinental Exchange Inc. sold $3.75 billion of US investment-grade bonds on Tuesday, less than two weeks after announcing a $6 billion deal to acquire MarketAxess Holdings Inc.
