Man Is Arrested in Scotland After Rampage Leaves 5 Hurt

The police in Edinburgh received a report of an attack around 8:50 p.m. on Friday in the Sighthill area. Over the next 40 minutes, officers got reports of other attacks, which they believe are linked, in other parts of the city.
